We ship from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post Standard Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times below are in business days from the day of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Laneway Skin as soon as possible so we can assist. If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product, please contact the clinic so Sam can review your skincare and advise on the appropriate next steps.
